New Year, New Adventures | 15 2019 Resolutions | VintageDisneybound

Hey there beautifuls, my name is Kathyrn and I am the girl behind VintageDisneybound. It's 2019 and the beginning of a new year. Time to sort out some goals/resolutions. Now I am not big on the whole resolution, goal setting sort of thing. I tend to quick them halfway through or even before I start them. But I thought I would do this and check in once in a while to see how I do. I am setting goals that I actually want to achieve this year.



So let's get started!

1. Drink more water. Write down or get an app to keep track of water intake
-I do not drink enough water and that's something I want to change. I tend to go for sugary or carbonated drinks than water. But I want to change my mindset and include more water into my daily diet.

2. Move more! Stop sitting on my bed, or being stuck in my room. Go for a walk and just sit outside and read. Get out of the house
-Just like many of us, we have been consumed with the idea of sitting on our butts in front of the tv or on our phones or even on our computers. I want to get more vitamins in my skin by sitting outside and enjoying a good book. or go hiking and finding the adventures that lay in nature

3. Exploring Trips!
-I want to see more outside of my hometown. I want to try new and different things. Bring more culture and adventure to my life

4. PIck a wake up time. Go to bed at a reasonable hour
-I am one of those people who will be on my phone until 2/3am and try to wake up early but end up oversleeping and being late to what I wanted to do that day. This that's going to change.

5. Listen to music instead of the TV while doing homework
-Music is less distracting but will still motivate you

6. Clean out email inbox. Unsubscribe to things you don't use
-I am a hoarder when it comes to emails. I never look through my email. I subscribe to everything and anything. Which is a bad habit of mine, it needs to stop

7. Take a full day off of social media once a month
-Like most, I am addicted to social media and the pressure of uploading new and exciting things. But it is not worth it. It just stresses me out and makes a big show off. I want to live my life with little stress as it can

8. Every month clean out my closest
-I have wayyy too many closes. I need to start sorting through things that I do not wear and keep the things that I actually do wear

9. Try Meatless Mondays
-Just to try something different. I am a meat eater and have always been. But to try this may help my diet and my health.

10. Keep a notepad next to your bed for ideas
- My best thoughts are at night when I am most active and I have had a good day of thinking

11. Start morning with a stretching routine
- Start the day off with a good thing and maybe end with a good thing. Help open up my mind and help memory loss

12. Delete Apps on the phone that is not used
-I hoarder of things. I need to let things go and start keeping things that I need and not want

13. Put my phone away 30 minutes before bed
-Help my mindset and help my sleep pattern

14. Start a recipe journal
-I am a picky eater and need to start exploring more foods that I might enjoy. Not just base itof how they look and base it off of taste
15. Lower sugar intake
- Health is a big thing for me and I am trying to look after my future self.
